My therapy practice incorporates an integrative health and wellness model. I combine my expertise as a certified mental health nurse specialist and advanced practice therapist with evidence-based and natural healing approaches. As a seasoned, compassionate, intuitive therapist and health guide, I will also empower you with knowledge and skills to optimize your mental and emotional well-being.
My diverse professional background includes having earned certifications as an Integrative Mental Health Professional (CIMHP), yoga therapist, hypnotherapist, and trauma therapist. My specialized training in nutrition and botanical medicine also informs my practice.
