Bach Flower Remedies for Children

The Bach flower remedies are very beneficial and a wonderful aid for children’s mental, emotional, or spiritual distress. They are safe and gentle and can alleviate distress in themselves and their families.
Using Bach Flower Remedies in Children

Thankfully, flower essences are safe and self-adjusting. Unlike medications, there are no worrisome side effects. However, as with anyone taking flower remedies, there may be a brief healing crisis and an improvement in the issues being addressed.
Children often intuitively know they are helpful and will readily take them. Some may prefer to take them in a beverage. Flower Remedies do not work physically. They work on the subtle energy levels of our psyche. Thus, they can be combined with any other form of treatment.
In any session for yourself, we can also discuss any concerns you have with your children. I may also suggest combining Bach flower remedies with FES flower essence formulas from Flower Essence Services. Some formulas contain essential oils, such as Fearless, Flora-Sleep, or Illumine (for depression).
Five Flower Formula, or Rescue Remedy, is for any emotional crisis or emergency. It can also be used along with any other formula for stress management.
